Perspectives on advertising, marketing, branding, and consumerism

About

I’m Andy Didyk, and I’m currently serving as an Account Executive at n-tara, Inc., where I’m responsible for business development and client solutions. I also dabble on the operations side of the fence, where I focus on the continuous improvement of agency operations, including the sales, discovery, project management, production, and post-production processes. I collaborate with senior management to develop innovative solutions to increase profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee confidence. I also provide consultation for change management and company brand positioning.

But here’s why you might want to have a cup of coffee (or tea) with me: I’m interested in a lot of different things. First of all, my wonderful wife and energetic son keep life very interesting. Secondly, I am more than slightly addicted to information.

When I’m not working, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping, and the like. I’m also an amateur photographer and I get immense (and probably unhealthy) boosts to my self-esteem when someone buys one of my photos.

The disciplines of psychology and applied communications fascinate me, and in my spare time I love to read history books. My latest personal project consists of devising a way to convert NPR’s plethora of information into a liquid form so I can self-infuse it with an I.V. drip.
